We are delighted to welcome our new customer account manager, Emma Norton to the RPS team. Emma has a wealth of experience in customer service having worked as a manager at a national bank for over 16 years and prior to this was a manager of high street retailer Argos. She is very excited to be joining RPS and is eager to take on new challenges and help to develop the firm.
Emma will be on hand to help with enquires regarding packaging and will liaise with existing customers to retain high levels of service. She will play a key role within the RPS team, ensuring the continual improvement of our products and services.
