Using RPS expertise to realise best cost supply chain management, Vinnolit have switched from their standard pallet footprint to a heat treated CP9 pallet. This has enabled the business to increase payloads for deep sea shipments to North America, a potential rise from 18te to 20te. This pallet initiative contributed to reducing both freight rates per kg shipped and as a recovered CP9 also helped to reduce Vinnolit's environmental impact by using less new packaging and total pallet spend.
