Exciting new Teesside retail centre almost complete

Just around the corner from RPS Headquarters, a new retail centre is nearing completion. The site based in Ingleby Barwick, which comprises of 12 units, has attracted some leading local and national retailers.

Sandgate Park has all but one of the 12 units let more than a month before the completion of the retail park, and there is significant interest in the final available unit. Tenants include a supermarket chain, local butcher, bakery, restaurants and a recreation shop.

With the growing community in Ingleby Barwick expected to exceed 25,000 homes by the end of 2016, the inclusion of a retail centre to support local residents is a welcome addition. Completion is due in October and the site will be officially opened in November.
