RPS has redeveloped its website to clearly show customers what we do and the benefits our services can achieve.
Our original website service page was over complicated and even members of our own staff were muddled about what we do! It was decided that a change was needed to update the services pages and make sure anyone who visits the website was clear of our services and understand exactly what we offer.
Firstly the services we provide were separated out into defined sections relating to the specific packaging types we handle, for example wooden pallets, drums and IBC bulk containers.
From there details of each individual service RPS provides were written up and conveyed as simply as possible, for example ‘RPS collects empty used pallets to help reduce waste and to deliver the pallets back to the supplier for reuse’.
