Thomas Hudson and Tim Hutchinson of RPS were one of the 42 companies exhibiting at the region’s first Big Eco Show Exhibition, held at the Stadium of Light, Sunderland, on Wednesday 19th September. The Big Eco Show has been developed to showcase local businesses that operate a low-carbon and climate resilient economy, which is what RPS pride itself on.
It was a great day, with many companies visiting the RPS stand to further understand our business and gain knowledge of the benefits of packaging recovery. Again, similar to the RWM exhibition, the ‘Grow Your Own Herb Garden’ were extremely popular, allowing visitors to 'Grow with RPS'.
The success of the day, along with the potential of new business from the RWM exhibition, has definitely encouraged RPS to continue attending exhibitions in order to make businesses aware of their packaging and environmental responsibilities and how RPS can help them reduce, reuse and recycle.
